Swimming as a sport loved by students, has the high fitness value, for students’ lifelong physical exercise habits and physical improvement and improve plays an important role, open swimming lessons in primary and middle schools is not only the inevitable requirement to carry out the central policy, and reduce the number of drowning accidents, a necessary choice to promote the healthy growth of children.View of the present status of the middle school swimming class teaching, this research USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment method and other research methods, in the middle school swimming class in Beijing, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the proposed swimming class teaching in middle school adopt the \"integration\" teaching mode, to enhance the teaching effect in middle school swimming lessons, and USES the teaching experiment on a small scale test and verify.The results show that:1. At present Beijing middle school swimming lessons were conducted using option class open; 72.7% of swimming teaching object is using a traditional swimming class teaching mode; Teachers strength weak, no accept professional swimming aid trained; The Beijing high school swimming venue to a serious shortage of teaching.2. the experimental results show that the experimental skills assessment scores and grades is better than the control group, suggests that "integration" teaching model is better than traditional swimming class teaching mode. Middle school swimming class teaching effect can be effectively improved.3. after 10 hours of teaching experiment, the experimental group and the control part of the body constitution test scores have been varying degrees of increase, but the experimental group increased amplitude is bigger, the statistical difference between two groups of part performance. After the experiment increase lung capacity,1000 m of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group. That "integration" teaching model can promote the improvement of the students physical fitness and improve more.4. after the experiment on two groups of students’exercise attitude survey, there is statistical difference, the experimental group students attitude score significantly better than the control group. That "integration" teaching model can effectively improve the subjects exercise attitude, is beneficial to the development of the experimental object lifetime sports habits and form.5. "integration" teaching mode is one of the more mature a teaching mode, "integration" teaching has changed the traditional closed form of teaching, to cultivate and develop the student individuality to create a good environment. Swimming class in high school the comprehensive integration of inside and outside class teaching mode which can help students master the swimming as soon as possible a lifelong benefit practical skills.
