Vocational elementary education is an very important part of generalized occupation education that can be realized as an initial stage of vocational education. Each stage has its own characteristics and limitations, and the stages of conversion and alternation have a complex internal and external reasons.The future development of Chinese vocational elementary education needs to do more to break and transit, such as it should be focused on from the edge of school education, it should change the classroom-centered form into a wide range of social practice, it should be regulated not by backward system but by institutionalized and standardized one, it should be systematic and explicit but not fractional and related.
