On-the-job practice is an important part of the curriculum system of primary education specialty.It is also a key linkto realize the transition from a student to a teacher.The effect of on-the-job practice directly affects students' employment and development.For the students majoring in primary education in Higher Vocational colleges,employment orientation requires students to have solid practical ability,and professional orientation requires students to have the basic qualities of primary school teachers,so post practice becomes an effective way for students to improve their own abilities.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and interview,this paper studies the current situation of post practice of primary education specialty in Higher Vocational colleges,taking the post practice of primary education specialty in Grade 2015 and 2016 of Jizhong Vocational College as the research object.Through rigorous investigation and analysis,the author finds that there exists in the process of practice of primary education specialty.Many problems are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the insufficient attention of students,the difficulties in changing students' identity,the failure to achieve the best practice effect,the unscientific curriculum setting,confused management of school practice,the inability of school instructors to provide timely guidance,the subjectivity of practice evaluation,the inadequate preparation of practice units,and the lack of corresponding practice policies,the unreasonable assignment of instructors' tasks,the arbitrary guidance and so on.In view of the above problems,the author respectivelyanalyze the causes of the problemsfrom the students themselves,teaching units and practice units and the society perspective.Finally,guided by the scientific concept of development,the author puts forward corresponding improvement measures in view of the existing problems,which are as follows:First,as far as the students themselves are concerned,in daily teaching,they should pay attention to improving their abilities in education and teaching,mainly in the following aspects,stimulating professional and professional interests,improving their professional quality,cultivating the ability to solve problems and enhancing the awareness of teaching and research.Secondly,at the level of teaching units,talent training should focus on graduation practice,strengthen school leadership management,attach importance to professional curriculum,adopt a variety of teaching methods,quantify graduation practice evaluation,and refine graduation practice summary.Thirdly,as far as the practice unit is concerned,the employer must participate in the whole process of graduation practice,set up a reasonablepractice system,establish a joint guidance mechanism,and build a multi-dimensional practice system.Fourthly,from a social perspective,the state supports legislation,policies,and finance,focuses on the construction of rural basic education teachers,increases financial input and subsidies,gradually increases the treatment and entry barriers for elementary school teachers,and continuously strengthens teachers' social identity sense to attract outstanding graduates to join the teaching team.The author hope that through these measures,students will continuously improve their professional accomplishment and truly realize the transition from a student to a teacher.
