The Research And Explore Of Growth Group Work In The Aspect Of An Increase In Migrant Children's Self-confidence

With the development of Chinese economy and the expansion of urbanization,a large number of surplus labor force from rural areas has entered the cities,with their children also coming to the cities and gradually forming a special group-“the migrant children”.These migrant children living in the urban community are faced with many problems,such as education,poverty and social marginalization,which directly affect their psychological and healthy growth.Among them,the problem of self-confidence is very prominent.After elaborating the relevant theoretical basis,this paper offers an overview of the contents including mobile children,group work,self-confidence and definition of painting treatment etc.Then,the author takes N community in Zhengzhou as an example tostudy the self-confidence characteristics of migrant children.On this basis,combined with his own expertise,under the guidance of personality development and social learning theory.the author designed the group work plan for growing up through painting and the evaluation method for group activities,carrying out six group activities for growing up through painting:To feel the charming art of painting;self-portrait activities;to learnthe Lion King;to create the painting together;“I am the best” speech contest;embracing self-confidence and looking into the future.These activities enhanced the cohesion and self-confidence of the group members,impelling them to face the difficulties of life with a more positive and optimistic attitude.Then the author summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the growth group on the basis of practice,proposing related advice on raising migrant children's self-confidence.
