Research On Student Community Governance Innovation Of Frontier Ethnic Group

College student association is organized by the students,members based on common interests and goals,specific rules and regulations and student organizations to carry out the activities of timing,extension and supplement of classroom education in Colleges and universities,is an important carrier of the construction of campus culture,to guide its flexible and close to the student life community.On College Students' personal growth and ability training has an important guiding role.With the change of the new situation in the new era,college students' community is also showing great variety,novel style,personality is stronger,a new trend,at the same time,by the development of globalization and the impact of various aspects,the thought and behavior of college students has changed greatly.In the new situation,whether it is their own development or community associations is the subject of college students,there are new changes,the traditional community management has been unable to meet the community development needs of the new era,student organizations exist the problems of management of single subject,management system is not perfect,imperfect management system is still in the process of construction in effect effectively,so the function of student organizations,imminent governance innovation of college student association.This paper takes Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities as the research object,analysis of the characteristics and function of Minority College Students' associations,through questionnaires and depth interviews,in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of the basic situation,Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities Student Association Governance and governance,combing out the three issues of corporate governance are:Governance of single subject,governance system,governance the mechanism is not perfect,cause analysis and the related concept of governance theory,from the main path,the community governance system,explore the mechanism innovation of frontier minority college students community governance,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of college student association.
