Throughout the ages, at all times, no matter what country and what kind of system, education has always been considered the cornerstone of racial and national development. Since the founding of China, the Party and Nation always adhere to the education-oriented policy, emphasizing the technological, Talents Strengthening policy. With the deepening reform, the continues economical developments as well as awareness of the whole society, the importance of education has been accepted by the whole society, social quality of education requirements are higher than ever before. A good education is inseparable from high level, high-quality teachers, therefore, professional training to become a qualified teachers, has become an unstoppable trend. PE Teachers continuing educational retraining not only effectively improve the level of practical teaching and training the needs, but also implement the inherent requirements of the new curriculum standards.This article uses document analysis, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis studying Capital Institute of Physical Education, Beijing Institute of Education’s Curriculum “national training plan” and make the following conclusions through comparative analysis:1. Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Training has developed a unique training system and implement a scientific management to achieve the ideal training effect. 2. The training curriculum, training content selection, formation of teachers, training materials and other aspects can properly combine the learning segments of physical education for letting teachers use knowledge in practical way. 3. The training courses of Primary and Middle School PE Teachers has reasonable and complete structure, clear training objectives, but there are also some implementation problems only focusing on the cultivation of PE teachers’ knowledge and ability, while ignoring the quality of professional ethics. In terms of the assessment and evaluation of training, the methods are single and lack scientific evaluation. Here are some following recommendations for research:1 Further improve the teacher training system and build a more rational curriculum, strengthen the Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ ethics training, highlight the importance of time and scientific aspects in content selection.2 Optimize training resources to ensure the quality of teacher training, so that continuously improve the effectiveness of training 3 Establishing a more comprehensive training evaluation system, combine diagnostic assessment, formative assessment and summative evaluation to establish a scientific, strict examination and evaluation system, stress on evaluation function while focusing on tutoring after teacher training programs.4 increasingly emphasize importance of the hidden curriculum,combine the human environment in training institutions and spirits of training experts into the training system for playing the role and functions of hidden curriculum.
