Research On School-enterprisecooperation Of Higher Vocarional Education

In the national strategy background of “Made in China 2025”,“encourage people to start their own businesses and to make innovations”, “the belt and road initiative”, carrying out the school-enterprise cooperation of Higher Vocational Education,to provide technical and skilled personnel timely, is to adapt to China’s economic development is the inevitable trend and requirements.Using questionnaire, choosing 100 companies and 12 higher vocational education colleges of Chongqing as examples, and using SPSS statistical software to analysis the data. The study found that Chongqing school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education development situation is not very idealcurrently. It is caused by, the incorrect understanding on higher vocational education,imperfect legal system, enterprise participation enthusiasm is not high, the higher vocational colleges itself,and lacking normative cooperationplatform for the and coordination mechanism.According to the above factors, by learning the advanced experience about Germany "dual system" and Australia TAFE. The study putforward some strategies as creating a good social atmosphere, improving the legal system, playing the role of industry associations, establishing the incentive mechanism etc. to promoting the further development of school-enterprise cooperation of Higher Vocational Education, and providing reference for the higher vocational education to carry out school-enterprise cooperation,and to train the high skilled talents; to promoting beneficial interaction and sustainable development between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises, the Department of education and industry,vocational education and economic and social; to provide the reference basis for the government to make scientific decision, to promote the development of the modern vocational education, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve the quality of personnel training.The main contents offulltextis as follows:Chapter one analyzes the importance and decisive significance of school-enterprise cooperation about the development of Vocational Education in China, and analyzes the related research results of the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education at home and abroad.Chapter two: through the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education concept definition, defined the scope of the study; bysocial exchange theoryof Blau, analyzed the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education were.Chapter three: through to the Chongqing area of school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Education Development for statistical analysis, think the current school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education development situation is not ideal,and analyzes the reasons.Chapter four: based on the analysis of the main features of the Germany "dual system" and Australia "TAFE" school-enterprise cooperation,summarizedtheinspiration of promoting the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in China.Chapter five: based on the constraints of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, put forward countermeasures and suggestions as creating a good social atmosphere, improving the legal system, playing the role of industry associations, establishing the incentive mechanism, to promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education.
