| According to Fengcheng junior high school students’ writing level differences larger, teacher guidance stratification, resulting in composition teaching inefficient or ineffective problem. This thesis tries to through survey research method, action research method and case analysis method of junior high school composition teaching with layers of research and practice, explore the hierarchical teaching strategies, and comprehensively improve the level of student writing.Through the study of relevant research results at home and abroad, it is found that main connotation of hierarchical composition teaching is the teacher’s personal guide to stratification of students, despite some achievements, but the teacher individual strength is limited, it is impossible to guide to every student, students’ writing ability is difficult to truly improve.The breakthrough point is to carry out composition hierarchical guidance, in addition to the teacher to guide students to, also let students to guide students, let each a need to help the students to obtain practical guidance; at the same time, the use of group learning, let students to cooperate and exchange, so that inter group competition to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students’ writing, to promote every student of each layer in writing to complete the goal.This paper first to Fengcheng junior high school language teachers and some students to carry out a questionnaire survey to understand the situation of writing teaching and writing. Fengcheng junior high school composition teaching mostly adopts the traditional teaching system, unified teachers teach and students unified practice, ignored the students’ writing ability exists bigger difference, without regard to the all the students, so it is difficult to achieve good teaching effect. So if we really want to improve every student’s writing level, only the students writing the layered guidance, thus proving the necessity of the hierarchical teaching in the Fengcheng junior middle school composition; then analyzes the hierarchical composition teaching in junior middle school from four aspects, and points out that provides conditions for the study of composition teaching classroom teaching in schools in Yantai city and Haiyang City, differences in educational research; and then discusses the three strategies of composition stratified teaching exploration in practice in the research of "layered" evaluation standard "strategy, combined with the hierarchical layer group students" strategy and "multi-layer interaction" teaching strategy; by the end of the experiment the experimental class before and after the experiment, analysis and comparison of various data of experimental classes and control classes, the hierarchical teaching effective composition.This paper attempts through the research strategy of junior high school composition teaching layered, let teachers based on their differences in writing teaching, to different levels of students can are suitable for their own writing guide, constantly enhance the ability of writing. Its research value is to let teachers master the composition of hierarchical teaching method, the students were writing guidance, let all the students writing level has been improved, keep up with the pace of the new curriculum reform to the composition teaching. |
