The new requirements of the development of the times, history curriculum caused harbinger of 21 century in the new round of teaching reform, Chinese education is always in constant change.2001, the national basic education working conference, the Ministry of Education issued the "outline of basic education curriculum reform(Trial)", a clear goal and the overall framework the education of the curriculum reform. This paper involved the three-dimensional teaching target, was formally proposed in this reform. At the same time, the examination as a means of evaluation, is a measure of the development of students, but also one of the motivation of developing students. Senior high school entrance examination questions is the history test the learning situation of junior students’ history, at the same time as an important means the selection of talents in the high school level. The three-dimensional teaching goal is the highest requirements of the whole teaching process, examination is one of the evaluation criteria to finish the teaching task. Combining with the 2013-2015 Yantai City senior high school entrance examination papers of history, the whole structure and content with the form to analyze its characteristics make the one show. On this basis, to explore the three-dimensional teaching goal in junior high school senior high school entrance examination proposition in presentation and implementation in the knowledge and ability to target the structure in the papers and the showing of the content process and method in test The structure and content of the present volume,emotion attitudes and values in the paper structure and content of the presentation, the tables were analyzed and compared. The combination of the three goals of teaching for teachers and students to further grasp the present to meet the test and put forward to consolidate the knowledge and ability the teaching target of subject status,by means of solving process and methods of teaching objectives,highlight the emotion, attitude and value view of characteristics of the times in teaching goal three preparation strategies. For the majority of teachers and students the three-dimensional teaching objectives and with test, do more effectively improve teaching effect in the classroom and test results.The significance of this study mainly reflected in through the three-dimensional target specific connotation analysis and historical proposition of high school entrance examination in the presentation put forward the significance of the implementation of the three-dimensional teaching objectives in history, examination questions presented in existing and the foot one by one analysis proposed in the grasp of examining trends, summarize the proposition features and debugging preparation strategy of innovative suggestions for the majority of teachers and students in middle school history learning process for reference.
