As the development of information society,people more and more stay hungry for knowledge.On the background of education equity,learning society and life-long education,it is eager to have an education resource to satisfy the need of knowledge for people who are in different district,different ages and different learning styles.In that case, the construction of opening education resources is in progress around the world.In 2011,Sebastian Slen and Peter Noahvichy in Stanford University run the course of Introduction to Artificial Intelligence,and in 2012,Sebastian Slen established Udacity-one of the three mainstream platform of MOOC.The year of 2012 is called MOOC era which has become the leader of development of international higher education.After that, many famous universities at home and abroad have joined MOOC mainstream platform and have made brilliant achievements.High-quality curricula in our country,are important components of quality project of Ministry of Education,have joined the movement of opening education resources.In 2011, Ministry of Education promulgated the measures of construction and implement of National Elaborate Resource-sharing,and in 2012,high-quality curricula transformed to National Elaborate Resource-sharing.Although the construction of National Elaborate Resource-sharing has gained some achievements in our country,there are also some problems existed in construction of curricula resources,nteractive communication and learning evaluation which lead to resources idled.National Elaborate Resource-sharing and MOOC,which are both the opening education resources,have the same construction aims and are both in order to construct high-quality online courses to promote the change of traditional teaching methodology of higher education and to service our society.The rise of MOOC has broad and profound effect of higher education especially the traditional teaching methodology. Compared of the rapid development of MOOC at home and abroad, National Elaborate Resource-sharing in our country are more silent.What’s the reasons?MOOC,as an new mode of online education,has achieved affirmation of many scholars and welcomed by many learners.So there are some experiences for us to use.Based on analyzing some research results and taking related courses,the author starts with the origin of MOOC,analyses two curriculum forms and three mainstream platforms by utilizing learning theory of opening education and adopting the methods of comparative research and participant observation.In addition,the author finds that MOOC spreads all over the world by researching the development of MOOC in North America,Europe,Asia and our country.Therefore.the author summarizing some successful experiences of MOOC,they are carrying out various kinds of promotion,setting up learner-centered curricula,constructing incentive control and interactive communication after class and establishing diverse evaluation formats.On the base of the research above.the author summarizes three characteristics of National Elaborate Resource-sharing,they are relying on rich teaching curricula resources,putting share as the core and opening to the public.Objectively,National Elaborate Resource-sharing have some advantages,such as sound review mechanism,national policy supporting,brand effect of famous teacher and university and multilevel shared system of teaching resources.But the disadvantages are obvious too.such as low utilization of curricula resources,lack of efficient promotion,single form of curricula and evaluation and lack of feedback services after class.On the base of comparative research and participant observation and learning successful experiences from MOOC,the author promotes some development strategies to our National Elaborate Resource-sharing.First,to construct multilevel patterns of curriculum and attract the participation of social force.Second,to increase effective promotion and enhance the utilization of curricula resources.Third.to exploit learner-centered curricula and optimize learning resources.Forth,to implement diverse subject evaluation.Fifth,to construct incentive interaction and feedback mechanism.Sixth,to simplify review process and to pay more attention to the users follow-up feedback.
