Sports participation is a manifestation of the active participation of students in sports attitudes and behavior, while still in the juvenile stage for high school students, they receive education and culture in addition to school physical education curriculum from the outside, but also by many social the impact of external factors aspects. The main factors of this study consult large number of documents on the basis of to influence sports participation of middle school students as the research object, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods, the first of influence Five factors for middle school participation(policies and systems, school level, family level, the social level, the level itself) are outlined, followed by the two levels, the direct and indirect factors of middle school students participate in first class discussed the impact of that policy guide system, operating to implement school level(school leaders, working group leader in charge of sports teaching, teacher intervention, sports teachers), household-level guidance and their own level of condition is the main positive impact on high school students participating in sports factors; other factors affect high school students’ participation in sports and extracurricular then discussed that many social factors, family education and personal interests are the main factors involved in lead after students leave school Physical Training. Furthermore, we put forward "to strengthen and improve the social system established mechanisms to enhance, purify the school teaching environment, the importance of family education in the popularity of physical exercise, physical exercise guide students personal interest" and other recommendations to be able to many factors affect the participation of middle school students do a comb, and provide a reference for the actual work carried out during the school sports. Concluded: 1, high school students to participate in physical exercise in addition to their own subjective dynamic choice, there are a lot of interference and influence from the outside world, these include social factors in this study focuses on the effects of family, school and student personal interest choose to wait until all aspects; 2. Physical factors on student class participation, mainly from the school leadership’s attitude toward sports, sports leader’s attention or not, as well as sports teachers in curriculum design, teaching methods, the individual size capability, the choice of teaching content, as well as factors affecting individual students(fear of injury, not interested in sports, etc.); 3, students in extracurricular sports activities of social sports venues and facilities, attitudes and behavior of family sports environment, home to attitudes and support for children’s sports consumption, as well as students’ homework, interest classes, parental concerns, and so affected.
