In recent years, our country has been advocated for easing the burden of primary and middle school students. However, as a supplement of classroom learning, the homework does not seem to have helped and promoted students’ learning with the lost quantity. So the author thinks that we should explore a more reasonable value orientation of primary school Chinese homework.Firstly, this paper uses literature research, defining the meaning of value orientation of primary school Chinese homework to lay the foundation for the next strategy. Secondly,the paper investigates the two primary schools in a medium-sized city with relatively developed economy by field observation and questionnaire survey, and we find some problems of the current value orientation of primary school Chinese homework through analysis. Then, the author investigates the Chinese teachers in that two schools by the questionnaire so that to analyze the causes of the current status of value orientation. Finally,In order to make up for the inadequacy of the current value orientation, this article puts forward the diversification strategy of the value orientation of primary school Chinese homework in the third chapter, advocating that we should pay attention to the cultivation of all abilities of students, offer a variety of choice and establish a variety of evaluation mechanism to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for better value orientation of primary school Chinese homework.
