Site selection is the first step of successful operation, especially for early education center. Right siting brings sufficient customer flow and help to facilitate the education resource with rational allocation inside the city. On the contrary, inappropriate siting leads large amounts of loss for investors and causes waste of social resources. It is necessary to investigate the distribution law and propose scientific site selection of early education center during the period of vast growth and it will accelerate healthy development of whole industry.This thesis is based on the previous research and investigation and survey of early education center. First, using correlation analysis and region analysis, rules of site selection in different urban area have been studied. Then, the strategy of internal site selection in one specific area has been discussed through multivariate regression analysis. Finally, from region selection to specific site selection, the thesis gives the strategies and suggestions of site selection of early education center in urban area.The conclusion of this thesis can be divided as two parts, distribution rules in regions and distribution rules in specific sites. The distribution rules in regions can be concluded as follow:(1) Early education center tend to locate in region which has high-level economy and well-developed urban area;(2) Early Education center shows the trend of concentrate distribution in well-developed urban area and locate in the center alone in newly region.The distribution rules in specific sites can be concluded as following three factors:population in market area, power of purchase and agglomeration of different industry,while population in market area is the most effective factor.
