Football,as a kind of same-match competition,the athletes' competitive ability level is the key to determine the competition results.The improvement of competitive ability comes from daily training.The daily training load should be determined according to the actual load of the competition.Starting from actual combat,the daily training load should be closely connected with the actual competition load.Only when the two loads are consistent can the training effect be guaranteed.Therefore,the control of exercise load is very important for daily training,and the monitoring of exercise load is the prerequisite for obtaining excellent exercise results.Training impulse is a new non-invasive index proposed in recent years,which has been proved to be applicable to load monitoring in this study,the Chinese national young women'soccer team Tianjin middle-cycle training is taken as the research object.GPSports equipment is used to monitor the athletes' heart rate.starting from the weekly training,daily training,class training and training load of different competitions during the training period,the application of Training impulse in monitoring the load of soccer athletes is discussed.through monitoring the load of athletes during training and competition,the training content of different topics and the load characteristics of different competitions are understood,which provides a reference standard for the arrangement of periodic training load,ensures the scientization of training and helps coaches to better formulate training plans.It is hoped that through this study,we can sum up experience and reveal certain laws.In this paper,literature review,measurement,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to monitor the whole mid-cycle training with Training impulse based on heart rate as an index.The test data are imported into Excel and SPSS17.0 is used to analyze the relevant data.The research conclusions are as follows:Conclusion 1: Training impulse,a non-invasive quantitative training load method based on heart rate interval,can evaluate football training and competition load well and provide new indexes for football player load monitoring.Conclusion 2: Training impulse can monitor the periodic training.The trend ofthe periodic training load among athletes is "W".The coach's training plan load arrangement is reasonable and appropriate.Due to different functional states of athletes,the training load varies greatly when executing the same training plan.Conclusion 3: Quantifying the exercise load of training courses,the training load of different subject training courses is different,from big to small,in order: special physical fitness training course,attack and defense conversion training course,post-match recovery training course and before the match adjustment training course.Conclusion 4: The load of football matches is mainly concentrated in the middle and high intensity regions,with the average Training impulse value of 297.97,and the load varies with different matches.Due to the physical fatigue of athletes,the load of players in the first half is obviously higher than that in the second half.According to the analysis of the competition load of athletes in different positions,striker > edge guard > edge guard > center guard > center guard.the competition TRIMP values of athletes are different,which indicates that the competition load of athletes in different positions is different.Conclusion 5: The training load of China's national young women' soccer team during this training period is lower than the competition load,which may be related to the training purpose of this training.If long-term technical and tactical training is conducted in a low-intensity training environment,when encountering a high-intensity competition environment,the athletes' competitive ability will be reduced due to body discomfort and function decline.
