The development of Higher Vocational Teachers’ needs, understand the development emphasis of Higher Vocational Teachers in different stages of development, to meet the development needs of teachers in higher vocational education is undoubtedly a powerful The incentive means.Based on the "occupation development needs of higher vocational teachers as the research direction, the Y survey of 189 school teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges by means of questionnaire survey, questionnaires, using SPSS statistical analysis method, in order to get the influence factors of occupation development needs of higher vocational teachers, including individual factors and school influence, through variance analysis and correlation analysis, to understand the different age, title, age, occupation development needs of teachers discipline in terms of whether there are significant differences in occupation, identity and school management factors such as whether with higher vocational teachers occupation development needs significant correlation.
