"The development needs of teachers is the teachers in the process of the occupation time, some requirements of their own needs to produce based on western modern incentive theory tells us that human behavior is dominated by the motivation, motivation is the need to attract. The development of Higher Vocational Teachers’ needs, understand the development emphasis of Higher Vocational Teachers in different stages of development, to meet the development needs of teachers in higher vocational education is undoubtedly a powerful The incentive means.Based on the "occupation development needs of higher vocational teachers as the research direction, the Y survey of 189 school teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges by means of questionnaire survey, questionnaires, using SPSS statistical analysis method, in order to get the influence factors of occupation development needs of higher vocational teachers, including individual factors and school influence, through variance analysis and correlation analysis, to understand the different age, title, age, occupation development needs of teachers discipline in terms of whether there are significant differences in occupation, identity and school management factors such as whether with higher vocational teachers occupation development needs significant correlation. Finally, from the government level, School management and teachers personal level are proposed.Specific countermeasures and suggestions. This paper draws the following conclusions:(1) the current higher vocational teachers in Y school teaching development, professional development, organization development, personal development The average demand in more than 3.5, shows that the demand in the development of Higher Vocational Teachers Occupation dimensions are high. The highest score is the organizational development needs, is the minimum requirement of professional development; (2) higher vocational teachers of different individual characteristics are different among the various dimensions of development needs; (3) teachers’occupation identity and school management, there is a significant positive correlation with school environment of higher vocational teachers occupation development needs.Occupation development needs of higher vocational teachers is affected by many factors, which influence teachers’personal factors, also affect the management of the school, including the social and government external support factors therefore. Finally the author puts forward the government should guarantee, school management, teachers’awareness of the development of the three aspects of joint efforts, to motivate, stimulate the demand of teachers occupation development, promoting teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges Development.
