Problem Searching Model And Suggestions Of Higher Vocational Teachers’ Career Planing Research In Chang Chun City Based On600Questionnaires

Vocational college is a very important part in Chinese higher education. And ithas obtained the huge achievement in China. Teachers are the core force in thedevelopment of vocational college. At present, in order to enhance the role ofvocational colleges and promote the development of vocational teachers, China hasput more and more emphasis on the vocational teachers’ career plan. However, thereare some problems existing in the vocational teachers’ career plan. For example, thevocational teachers’ career plan in Changchun city. When investigating and analyzingthe600vocational teachers’ career plan,41%teachers don’t know how to plan and inthe remaining career plans, only34.3%career plans are eligible. Therefore, in order topromote the development of higher vocational education, to enhance theprofessionalism and the professional standards of vocational teachers in Changchuncity, we should do the research on the vocational teachers’ career plan and find theproblems and coutermeasures of the career plan.Firstly this paper reviews the related literature on vocational teachers’ career plan.After combing this documents carefully, I obtain the model to search the problems ofvocational teachers’ plan in Changchun city. Secondly, this paper focuses on theinfluencing factors of the higher vocational teachers’ career plan and by quantifyingthese factors, this paper establishes the search model of the vocational teachers’ careerplan. Then, this paper analyzing the date of the model accords to the600vocationalteachers’ career plan. At last, according to the search model, this paper analyzes theproblems and the cause of the problems, trying to find the countermeasures among theteachers, the vocational schools, the society.
