The compulsory education physics course is a kind of basic course in the field of natural sciences.The high school entrance examination is an indispensable evaluation method for the end of the stage.Whether the entrance examination physics test can accurately test the students' mastery of content,under the framework and structure given by the course standards and effectively reflects the scientific literacy of students in the field of physics,or whether the physics test questions of the middle school entrance examination are consistent with the curriculum standards is very worthy of attention.In today's society,the final evaluation(such as the entrance examination for senior middle school)has a great impact on students' academic development,physical and mental health.Thus,it has been attached great importance to by students,families,schools and social parties for a long time.In order to adapt to the test-oriented competition in the course of curriculum implementation,phenomenon that school education and teaching elevate or deviate from the requirements of curriculum standards regardless of the actual learning situation often occur.These are deviated from the requirements of quality-oriented education and the laws of scientific education,which will eventually destroy the educational ecology in the long run.The consistency strategy of high interest standardized test and curriculum standard is not only an important means to adjust the deviation of curriculum operation,but also an important condition of education reform.Only when the examination evaluation is consistent with the curriculum standard,can other elements in the curriculum system be urged to point to the expected direction of the curriculum standard,implement the education goal,realize the education equity and promote the development of students.Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in China,the research on the consistency model between academic evaluation and curriculum standards plays an important role in the curriculum reform.Nevertheless,till now,a large number of research results that show no significant consistency are worrying.In recent years,there are few researches on the consistency between the physical proposition in the junior high school academic level examination and the curriculum standards in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Thus,in this paper,the goal is to enrich the study in this field by studying the consistency research between the physical proposition in the junior high school academic level examination and the curriculum standards in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in recent years.In this study,the physical proposition in the junior high school academic level examination in the last three years(2017-2019)in the eastern and Western Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are selected as samples for research.Based on the curriculum standard,the relevant knowledge content involved in junior high school physics is divided in detail by using literature research,quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods.And based on the SEC model,the consistency between the physical proposition in the junior high school academic level examination and the curriculum standard are studied in three aspects: the subject of the content,the level of cognitive and the overall proposition of the examination.Furthermore,the paper compares and analyzes the differences and reasons of the consistency degree between the physical proposition and the curriculum standard of the middle school entrance examination in the eastern and western areas of Inner Mongolia,and discusses the change and development trend of the consistency degree of the physics proposition and the curriculum standard of the middle school entrance examination in the four leagues.The results show that consistency coefficients of 2017-2019‘s physical examination proposition in Baotou,Chifeng,Hohhot and Tongliao of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region do not have statistically significant consistency with the curriculum standards;in three years,the consistency of these four cities fluctuates with time,and there is no adjustment trend for the purpose of improving the consistency.There is no regional difference in the consistency between the physical examination items and the curriculum standards in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the consistency of the Chifeng senior high school entrance examination physics test and curriculum standards is slightly higher than that of the other three cities.On this basis,after analysis,that the physical exam questions need to take into account the detectability and selection of questions and then there is the impact requirements and curriculum standards compliance important reason for the difficulty of the questions and the ability to distinguish between degrees;kinds of questions,structure,capacity and total score also affect the consistency of the test questions and the curriculum standards;and it is inferred that the validity of the test questions and the feedback of the quality of the answers to the current year affect the test questions in the next year,which in turn affects the consistency of the test questions and the course standards.According to the practice test,the consistency of the test questions and the curriculum standards has an impact on the quality of the students 'test scores.From these,some suggestions are put forward: in the process of compiling physics items,more attention should be paid to the scientific theme and cognitive goal of the curriculum standard,how to realize the distinction of difficulty by improving the comprehensiveness,logicality and thinking of the questions,and improving the comprehensiveness of the scientific theme of the test questions by widening the selection range of the test materials and enriching the types of the materials,improving the one between the test questions and the curriculum standard.In order to improve the scientific level of the examination questions,we should give full play to the guiding role of the physical examination items in the actual education and teaching.In the teaching,we should strive to overcome the tendency of examination oriented education,flexibly integrate teaching resources,care about the development of science and technology,enhance the authenticity,typicality and appropriateness of the creation of situations,give consideration to the requirements of all parties under the concept of subject education,and strive for the education fairness to ensure the healthy and balanced development of students.
