As the number of Chinese teacher volunteers of Thailand from Hanban is increasing rapidly, most of them have found that it is. difficult to control their classroom,based on above the factor, Chinese classroom management of Thailand has been recently the object of research in the field of teaching Chinese as a second language, including one of most paper titles of many postgraduates who ever worked as a Chinese teacher volunteer in Thailand, but the number of studying Chinese classroom management of Chinese school in Thailand is not too much. For this purpose this thesis selects to study the main problems of Chinese teachers who come from Qiaoban, Hanban, experienced natives and green-hand natives of Thailand,according to the analysis of teaching videos,the questionnaire of their students and the interview of teachers and their leaders. The problems are about time of activity,order of management, atmosphere of management and effect of management in their classroom. They are the key to improving the quality of teaching of Chinese school and the stumbling block of the development of all the Chinese schools of Thailand. Thus I put forward with five tactics of teaching management on the foundation of domestic and overseas study, combining the methods of Chinese classroom management of Chinese schools with the results of investigation of the Chinese teachers in the school of Guangzhong:to begin with, it is necessary to change the concept of their management; secondly, it is essential to optimize the time of activity; thirdly, it is indispensable to obey the classroom rules; fourthly, it is necessary to enhance the ability of teaching wisdom and teaching reflection; Finally it is essential to strengthen the cooperation between Chinese teachers and native Chinese teachers and safeguard the classroom discipline. If so,I hope it will be helpful to all the Chinese teachers who are going to teach Chinese and have been Chinese teachers in Thailand. What is important, it can contribute to the development of career in the Chinese education of Thailand.
