With the flourish of Chinese,which covered to university,senior and primary school respectively and it's upgraded Chinese learners and teachers recent years in Thailand.Different kinds of Chinese teachers,with their affluent knowledge,came into Thailand class.We can see the pronounced achievements,however,various problems emerged either.Class management is one of the most universal and difficult situation for us teachers.Although research has got it's attention,which result parts of materials,it's side effects is still far-reaching in practice.Class management has brought it's restriction in Chinese education in a sense.Therefore,it has positive influence on promoting Chinese education and far researching and discussing in Thailand.The writer did teaching practice in SARA WITTAYA SCHOOL in Bangkok for the past 10 months.Observing and recording the problems met and it's difficulties of class management for Chinese teachers in senior school.According to research and investigation to the senior schools' Chinese learners and it's China-Thailand teachers at Sara wittaya school,Dommunang chturachinda school,Matthayom sangkeet wittaya Bangkok school?High school of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University and seek related teachers and students to talk and discuss it's reason.Three aspects accounts to class management in senior school,that is "learners""teachers" "environment" For students,1.Unclear study motivation;2.Negative learning attitude;3.Universal class problems.For teachers:1.Short periods of teaching and insufficient experience;2.Limited Thai language use;3.Unreasonable class regulating;4.Unreasonable methods to cope with students behavior;5.Hard to get used to the cultural difference.For environment:1.Unreasonable course and seats arranging;2.In correspondence curriculum to students level;3.Imperfect classroom equipment.After comprehensive analysis,the writer take the professor's consultation methods as main ways,which combines practical teaching ways to provide related strategy such as setting the cultural activities in class,the improvement of teacher's language ability and effective ways to cope with class behavior and nice co-relations between teachers and students.Much expectation through the analysis of the text which could make more new Chinese teacher to integrate to foreign class situation and better achieve the teaching results rapidly.
