In today’s society, "visual culture is supreme", "the era of reading pictures "has already become the trend of the time. Film and television as a comprehensive art is in the absorption of the essence of literature and art at the same time with a blend of literature, art, music, dance, painting, lighting, and other buildings of factors. It reflects the social life from a different point of view, and gives people infinite visual enjoyment. It is of no exaggeration to say that the film has become an important part of people’s life and work. Of course, it has also become an important resource for high school students extracurricular learning. Film and television resources with comprehensive.intuitive and aesthetic characteristics are rich. It is a kind of potential resources that can be explored to use.Development and use of curriculum resources in the third part in the implementation of the recommendations curriculum of "Language Curriculum Standard" points out that the Chinese curriculum resources include resources of classroom teaching and extracurricular learning resources, and the film, television, radio, Internet and other resources may be included resource development, It also stressed that Chinese teachers should pay great attention to the curriculum resources development and utilization, be creative in all kinds of activities and enhance students on various occasions to learn Chinese in order to improve students’ Chinese accomplishment in many ways. And introducing video resources into the senior high school language teaching meets the needs of the teaching reform and development, which can stimulate students interest in learning and enrich Chinese curriculum resources. So that is far-reaching significant in improving teaching quality and cultivating students’ good personality and sound personality.In this paper, we used literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, lesson study method to study the film resource used in Chinese teaching. It’s mainly made up of five parts:The first part mainly expounds the connotation, classification of the Chinese teaching under the new idea of curriculum and the curriculum resources, and expounds the important relationship between the Chinese curriculum and video resources, and summarizes theoretical basis of the television resources into Chinese teaching, including the construction of theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, visual literacy theory and life education theory.The second part mainly introduces the characteristics of film and television resources and the choice of value. Combined with the connotation of film and TV resources, Chinese teaching video resources are classified. Three aspects to illustrate the value choice are supported by their own advantages of video resources and favorable external conditions.The third part investigates and analysis through a questionnaire survey and analysis of students in order to understand the impact of video resources on students’language learning. The investigation mainly includes the role of video resources the students of different grades in their after-school life, the different types of movie resource they are interested in and their understanding of movie resources. It also investigates video resources utilization for language teachers. The research contains teachers related movie resources knowledge, collection and selection of video resources of the status quo, the uses of their movie resources as well as strategies video resources problems in using them and suggestions in using.The fourth part discusses the ways and Strategies of using the film resources. It first summarizes the ways of using video resource, mainly introducing the video resources, which improves the teaching of reading, and helps them develop learning in poetry and prose,drama and fiction, news and difficulties in popular science articles. It contributes to the extracurricular reading. The introduction of video resources can optimize the teaching of writing, help to enrich writing material, and improve the students’writing skills and the writing ability with different styles. Introducing video resources can be beneficial to oral Chinese teaching, such as regulating voice, and carrying out the activities of oral communication. Then it summarizes the introduction of video resources existing questions in teaching and positioning overwhelming and unknown targets, improper choices; The Introduction to of film and television teaching resources strategy is to improve the professional quality of the film and television, making resource mining and feedback of resource use.The fifth part analyzes the teaching case using video resources. It first summarizes the background of the teaching case——an except from " The Border Town " written by Shen Congwen, including specific teaching material analysis, learner analysis, teaching objectives, teaching resources and tools design, teaching methods, and class arrangements. Secondly it represents the teaching process of" The Border Town " in the form of classroom record. Then we represent the visits of students’ who are involved in the study. Finally it reflect on the teaching and sum up experience, in order to scientific use video resources for the Chinese teaching.
