Scientific inquiry is the core of scientific literacy, which runs through the whole scientific education, the correct scientific inquiry activities can inspire students to explore interest and improve students’ scientific literacy. At present, with the overall advance of the reform of basic education, how to design, implement and guide scientific inquiry activities has become the subject of science educators. I in-depth study and inquiry teaching thought, on the basis of theories and practice once inquiry teaching design, and involved with the development of science and science education teaching provide some pedagogical implications. To "stomp the principle of inquiry" as the theme of the teaching design, the theme used by the students of new neutral pen a peculiar phenomenon caused by students’ attention, and then put forward the question, in view of this student’s curiosity and meet the students’ desire for knowledge I through the principle of inquiry, the teaching design.
