Learning interest is one of the research subjects of educators for long term.From the aspect of educational psychology, learning interest is a psychological characteristics that people tend to know and study for getting certain knowledge. it is an inner strength that can promote people to seeking knowledge. Students will study the subject continuously and absorbedly once they get interested in a certain kind of subject so as to study more effectively. Learning interest can be divided into direct interest and indirect interest, individual interest and situational interest. The development and process is usually amuse、interest and aspiration. Parents can cultivate children’s interest in learning through protecting their curiosity, creating pleasant learning environment, getting close to nature and other methods. Teachers usually cultivate and promote students’learning interest by teaching through lively activity, putting and designing questions, improving the teaching methods and so on. Interest research has always been a hot topic in pedagogy and psychology.The field of research mainly involves interest concept study, the influence of interest to academic achievement, and the function of interest in the understanding of texts, etc. There are many methods of developing learning interest, but how to judge whether the learning interest of the students has raised or not? with this question, I used the experimental teaching method to carry on the experimental teaching to 198 students of four classes of grade 1 of Guilin No.5 middle school.Through the questionnaire before and after the experiment and the homework completion and all the aspects to compare before and after the physics experiment if there were any changes of physics learning interest. The survey data show that before and after the physical experiment, the students’ interest to physical learning have an obvious rise. The state of class has a modest rise and the after class job processing methods and work completion fall slightly.ln general after the experiment, the students’interest in physics learning improved, so the physical experiment teaching method has a certain impact on the improvement of students’ interest in physics learning.
