APP and educational application are classified. According to the characteristics of the user points to preschool education classes, language classes, primary and secondary school classes, exams and other classes, on the education of college students to use the app according to the learning objectives for language learning, professional counseling, skill to broaden the class, examination training, integrated platform class, according to the learning content is divided into classroom, question library, dictionary and tools.The third part is educational application in informal learning for college students in the application status of research design, first of all is questionnaire design, implementation of the questionnaire to conduct a feasibility analysis, and then design the questionnaire, questionnaire variables selected. After the questionnaire to test and modify, formed the formal questionnaire, from six dimensions in the investigation.
