In the era of knowledge in the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the Internet,massive network learning resources emerge as the times require,and learners' learning styles have also changed.Learners can obtain the required learning resources at any time and anywhere in their learning life.However,in the face of a large number of learning resources,learners will not be able to select the learning resources that are suitable for them.Lack of the ability to deal with information resources,etc.From the point of view of cultivating all-round developing students,many countries begin to pay attention to students' autonomous learning behavior,develop students' autonomous learning consciousness,cultivate students' autonomous learning ability,and enable learners to have the right goals,resource contents,ways,and environment.Self-evaluation and other aspects of management skills.Especially as digital aborigines,they like to dominate and control their way of learning,but what exactly do they use in learning? How did you learn? How's the learning going? That's what the paper wants to explore..Therefore,the study of college students' informal learning behavior under the network environment is of great significance.Based on the above background,the purpose of this thesis is to explore the behavior of college students using network learning resources for informal learning.Firstly,this thesis combs the domestic and foreign literature materials,expounds the concepts of network learning resources,informal learning and so on,and makes a survey on the current situation of college students by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.According to the persona label,the learners' autonomous learning ability and learning motivation theory,the questionnaire and interview outline were designed from four aspects: informal learning attitude,informal learning motivation,informal learning behavior and the utilization of resources.Based on the descriptive analysis,difference analysis and correlation regression analysis of the survey data,combined with the content of interviews,this paper draws the conclusion that the informal learning attitude of college students is more positive at present.The interaction of learning motivation can make rational use of network learning resources,but the informal learning process shows weak autonomous learning ability,as well as from gender,grade and subject view,it is concluded that there are significantdifferences in learners' informal learning behavior.Finally,aiming at the problems in the conclusion of the study,suggestions for improvement are put forward from the learner level and the school level.The conclusion of this thesis will guide college students to carry on informal learning better under the network environment,which will complement and enlighten the empirical research field of informal learning to a certain extent.
