With the development of educational concepts and the advancement of educational models,modern education continues to place new demands on the educational space.People are beginning to realize the importance of informal learning conditions in formal education space design planning.This paper focuses on how to make new technology serve informal learning conditions in children's formal education space,and augmented reality(AR)as a carrier of informal learning to promote the optimization of informal learning conditions in the educational space.Through a large number of literature studies and field visits to basic education schools in ten different regions of China,this paper investigates the current status of informal learning conditions in children's educational space.Focus on the needs of the target audience of teachers and students from their dynamic connections.More realistic use of scenarios to find more comprehensive user needs is the main focus of this article.Based on the pain of the informal learning conditions in the children's education space,this study designed an AR informal learning product service system(PSS)based on the product service system design method(MEPSS).The PSS is based on satisfying the continuous needs of users and promoting the formation of consumption habits.It provides users with sustainable services by providing a library of AR informal learning solutions,customized services,platform applications and integrated management of related resources.An excellent service system promotes the formation of consumption habits for teachers to use AR informal learning products to arrange teaching spaces.Sustainable development of service systems promotes the sustainable development of augmented reality applications in the children's educational space.The design practice part of the PSS puts the user model of the teacher and the student into a dynamic relationship,based on which the user experience process is combed and the user experience history map is drawn in a more realistic situation.Based on the user experience history map,the service blueprint of the informal learning product service system in the children's education space is drawn based on the user's needs.The above part of the service blueprint visible line is used as the user-oriented interface blueprint of the product service system,and the functional framework of the service platform is constructed.Finally,a mobile device-based user service platform is designed according to the functional framework.In order to focus on solving the contradiction between “required entertainment learning” and “need to limit entertainment” between the two target user groups,this study designed the function of student use system and student rights management system in teacher use system for mobile platform application.The study also designed a set of augmented reality informal learning wall stickers as a test product for the PSS based on the needs of two target user groups.Through the usability test,the factors that satisfy the user's goal,whether the navigation is available,and the user's trouble during the trial are studied.The availability of this product is evaluated and the results of the summary analysis are used as a basis for further product improvement.
