Social Networking Service (referred to as SNS) has been taken more and more researchers'attention. This article focuses on primary and secondary school teachers in informal learning by the SNS application. From the survey, we found that a majority of teachers have the demand of informal learning. In today's society, the network of informal learning as one of the main way for human acquire knowledge. The primary and secondary school teachers use the networks in the informal learning process, which there are many deficiencies. The paper tries to explore the solution strategy.In this paper, use questionnaires, interviews and case analysis. By analyze the status of primary and secondary school teachers informal learning to explore the informal learning strategies by SNS. Learning theory as a guide to build the general pattern of informal learning under the SNS, designed to help teachers improve informal learning methods by SNS, to improve their own development, provide a good foundation for teachers lifelong learning and education.This article will be on the content and features of informal learning and SNS to. Analysis the application of SNS and the research status of informal learning, Investigation and research of primary and secondary school teachers in informal learning needs, the problems of use the SNS, and analysis to identify the root cause problems.By comparison and analysis of the case, explore the general pattern of informal learning under the SNS, and on the basis of the case study to further optimize teachers informal learning strategies use the SNS platform.
