Teachers in education is one of the important ways to improve teachers’ professional quality, also is one of important ways to guarantee the quality of the teacher’s teaching, Different from artists professional skills, high school fine arts teachers professional skills requirements for "comprehensive". High school fine arts teaching content is divided into five modules, four modules must be involved in the art of professional skills. So teachers need to develop a number of professional skills theory and practical application ability and self-learning ability of one instance.In finding relevant, the majority of teachers of fine arts for what they have to participate in professional skills training effect is not very satisfactory. Main reason for the following:First, much more professional training teaching training; less professional theory training and skills training. Secondly, fewer combining with the characteristics of fine arts discipline education for training, teachers learned information is difficult to apply in practical teaching. And the training time is short, long time interval. Thirdly, the training mode is not reasonable, less consider the teacher’s work and learning contradiction, make training less effect. "The Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region people’s government on strengthening the construction of teachers’opinions" The fourth chapter "promote teachers’specialization level" in the clear requirements, to "build a new open and flexible teacher education system." So, build appropriate Guilin model high school art teacher’s professional skill training, to improve teachers’satisfaction, which is more efficient to increase teachers’ professional skills and the quality of classroom teaching play an important role.Today, teachers training content rich and colorful, patterns emerge. Guilin middle school art teachers training in the implementation of the orderly, but there are still some deficiencies, Such as:There is no system of professional skill training system; Pertinence is not strong, the contents of the curriculum is too scattered, not understanding teachers’needs; Training time is short and long intervals, and not form the corresponding evaluation system, training become a mere formality; Less efficient use of local curriculum resources, lack of local characteristics, lake of combined with guilin actual training, etc. These problems greatly influenced the training effect and quality of the teacher in class. Based on the above, in order to make the training can get a better result, the author try to familiar about Guangxi art based on the policy guidance of teacher’s professional training, try visiting survey Guilin current training mode and excellent training cases, Based on the art characteristics of disciplines, and the characteristics of the Guilin art teachers, analyze problems and find out the solution, explore the construction of Guilin high school art teacher’s professional skill training menu mode. Hope this research can theoretically to improve the current art teacher training system in Guilin, and for other disciplines or provide a new training mode research data and theoretical basis.This topic concrete content is mainly divided into six parts:The first part:introduction. Mainly includes the research purpose and meaning, the definition and research reviewed at home and abroad.The second part:clear the new curriculum reform and the high school of fine arts, the relationship between the teachers’professional development, put forward the thinking of the art teacher’s professional skill training.The third part:research the city high school art teacher’s professional skill training. Use recording, investigation method and reference for trainers, training specialist and cultivating teachers for interviews or questionnaires, combing and analyzing the present situation and problems of training, explore the deficiency existing in the current training mode and countermeasure analysis, further optimize the importance and necessity of high school art teacher’s professional skill training.The fourth part:through the first three parts, clear the lack of Guilin current training model, to explore the professional skill training model, in combination with theory and practical use, build Guilin high school art teacher’s professional skill training menu mode.The fifth part:try to use the menu training mode in teaching practice, use of comparative research and practical application of research, confirm the menu training mode’s feasibility.The sixth part:summary and outlook. The training model built in the paper is to optimize the current professional skills training system of a kind of pattern, have the effect of respond. To improve the current system, also need to various departments at all levels of practical support and related researchers in the future further study on the theory analysis and according to the problem.
