The Study Of Chinese Male International Soccer Referees Loads Characteristics During The Official Matches

Research purposes: this study by collecting Chinese international referees in China football super league in 2015 total distance, the decision of the activities in distance, heart rate, activity way, speed, RPE index data. Analysis of the umpire in the game load, load characteristics, for the physical training of Chinese international referees with science, system, reasonable Suggestions.The research object and methods: in this paper, taking the 2015 season seven Chinese international referees as the research object, the average age was 38.42 + /-5.12 years, average height is 179.71 + /- 3.35 cm, the average weight of 77.28 + /-3.59 kg, the law enforcement of China football super league average age was 6.57 + /- 3.55 years. The Chinese super league international referees in the process of competition law enforcement difficulty increases with the increase of the load with the game.2. Chinese super international referees in the load in the process of competition law enforcement strength increased with the increase of the difficulty of game then.First type difficulty level is easy and the second type of moderate difficulty level for load intensity is given priority to with big strength, the third type of difficulty degree between load strength on ultimate strength.3. The Chinese super international referees sports load in the process of law enforcement in the game with difficulty increases with the increase of the game.4. The super international referees during the race is to belong to high load and load strength, heart rate index, according to the referee in the daily training should be given priority to with high intensity intermittent, intensity range are mainly composed of more than 80% of the HR max.5. This study used the heart rate, activity way, speed, RPE consciously fatigue value as evaluation index of sports load intensity, relative to other previous research,the diversification of evaluation load intensity index. Heart rate polar table and RPE consciously fatigue load characteristics in value is football referees on-the-spot evaluation, index of heart rate can effectively assess the football referees in the game to load characteristics of heart rate index value evaluation of both the referee and RPE consciousness fatigue load intensity is more precise and accurate.
