Junior high school students are in the best period of fitness,physical form and functional development.Physical fitness exercises with appropriate load intensity at this stage can effectively improve students' body shape,improve their physical functions and develop their physical qualities,and lay a solid foundation for their “lifelong sports”.At present,the quantification research on physical exercise load at home and abroad is mainly concentrated in the sports training and fitness field,and is rarely seen in the sports curriculum and teaching field.The existing researches in this field are mostly concentrated on the two aspects of “Study on the status of exercise load in physical education class” and “Study on the impact of exercise load on student health”.Studies have shown that large and medium intensity exercise is beneficial to students' physical health.So,how can we arrange the load so that students can achieve medium and high load intensity? Based on this problem,this study quantifies the external load of the commonly used physical training methods for junior middle school students,explores the load standard for different fitness methods under medium and high load intensity,and provides specific quantifiable physical exercise programs for first level physical education teachers.In this research,the author used the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to determine the experimental indicators,and used the experimental method to perform “intervention” experiments on 60 junior high school students in the Second Affiliated High School of East China Normal University,and reached the following conclusions:(1)Different means of exercise have different load intensity for junior high school students.The strength exercises have greater stimulation of the local muscles.The systemic displacement speed practice is that the medium to high load intensity and the aerobic endurance exercise load intensity are relatively large.The three exercises correspond to different load capacity standards.(2)Different grades of students have different load standards in the same means of exercise.To achieve medium and high load intensity,highe grade students need to apply more load capacity.(3)Within the range of medium to large load intensity,students of the same grade may have a variety of programs suitable for exercise load capacity in the same physical exercise means.Based on the conclusions,the author proposes the following suggestions:(1)It is suggested that PE teachers incorporate more systemic displacement speed exercises and aerobic endurance exercises in class.These two kinds of exercises will make it easier for students to achieve moderate to large exercise load intensity,and provide more comprehensive and effective stimulation to students' body.(2)It is suggested that PE teachers arrange different physical exercise programs for different grades students.For older students,you can increase the number of exercises(by 10 20 seconds),increase the number of exercises(by 1 2 groups),or increase the time for practice.(Increase 30 seconds 1 minute)to achieve medium or high load intensity.(3)It is suggested that PE teachers use physical exercise programs in this study in physical education,or integrate these programs into physical education courses in innovative forms,such as games,competitions,etc.,so as to increase students' interest in participating.(4)It is suggested that school leaders can pay attention to the role of appropriate exercise load in physical education classes for the health of students.Let physical education teachers and students see the change of heart rate during exercise in order to adjust and control the physical load capacity and load intensity.
