Instructed By the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and in order to improve the specialized reform of middle school physical education courses in Shanghai,I made the objective, comprehensive, scientific and effective grade evaluation standard for male middle school students who selected socceras their major in PE courses to evaluate their soccer technical level. And on the other hand, it can improve their interests in soccer and help them develop a good habit of lifelong sports exercise.The scientific research method of making the grade evaluation standard include the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, Delphy method,physical measurement method, mathematical statistics method. The grade evaluation standard is to combine with the sports test of senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, and also combine with the nationalsport technic level evaluation standard for athletes. Based on the principle of speciallize, principle of feasiability, principle of harmonization and scientific principle, the test of this grade evaluation standard contents12 levels from the first grade of junior middle school to the third grade of senior middle school. The testcontents 4 1-class indexes,including soccer technic, physical ability, competition ability and theoretical knowledge. There’re two 2-class indexes in soccer technic and physical ability.There’re two tests for soccer technic, one test for normal physical ability, one test for specialized physical ability, one test for competition ability. Every part’s weight changes in different levels. 100 is the maximum grate, the lowest passing grate is 60.Selected 306 senior middle school students from 14 senior middle schools and 140 junior middle school students from 10 junior middle schools and 44 2-class athletes,24 1-class athletestook part in the test. The test results analysised by using mathematical statistics method, with progressive scoring as the main calculation method to make the standard for each test. Select students with different level randomly, and let them take part in the test to examine the rationality of the standard.Finally give some suggestions for the use of the grade evaluation standard:1.Improveand update the methods and evaluation standards of the testsas using it;2.Making student referees grade evaluation standard likestudent athletes grade evaluation standard;3.Make grade evaluation standard for other sports like soccer item;4. Establish and improve student athletes’ examination or some other benefit policy; 5. Certificates should be exquisitely and easy to recognize whom it belongs to.
