Writing teaching is one of the most important components in Chinese teaching, which is also what Chinese teachers have been absorbed in for decades but with few satisfactory achievements.However,in recent years,writing teaching have been reviving with the arrival of the Internet Age and the springing up of mini-fiction.Particularly,mini-fiction are popular with students,which is featured with the short and pithy style and expressiveness of inner feelings. This new writing style also gives more confidence to writing teaching,hence much attention and concerns from teachers.Given the centenary contemporary development and status of writing teaching.I have collected and rearranged both domestic and foreign researches on mini-fiction and its writing teaching.These researches involve the origination conception,types,and features of mini-fiction,I also conducted a investigation in the form of questionnaires to acquire some information about 200 students’ attitude towards mini-fiction writing teaching and aimed to find out the problems behind it.On the basis of I Dewey’s Children’s Center theory and Ye Sheng tao’s life-related theory also combined with teaching experience,corresponding writing teaching strategies have been made.Learning’s final target is to apply what have been learnt into practice.Therefore mini-fiction writing teaching strategies are predominantly explained in this thesis.Among them,generating students’ interest,diversifying teaching forms and evaluation and encouragement strategies companied with teaching cases are especially illustrated in detail.At present,research theories on mini-fiction writing teaching are still relatively lacking.Thus,experts and teachers need to get together to work hard to improve Chinese teaching.
