A Research On The Problems And Countermeasures About The Law-related Education Of The Students In The Middle Schools In The Current

Under the current social background of "ruling the country by law", China has attached more and more importance to the important role of the education of ruling by law in the national education. In the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the party has made it clear that to make the rule by law education into the national education system. The high school education, as the most important stage in the national education system, how to for middle school students were a comprehensive system of the rule of law education, how to improve the effectiveness of the rule by law education of middle school students is a problem that schools and the whole society pay attention to.At present, the rule of law education carried out by high schools still follow form of the traditional "legal education" without independent course system. So there are problems such as one-sided education contents, single teaching form, theoretical education cannot consistent with practice, which restrict the development of the rule by law education for middle school students in a certain extent. Therefore, the analysis of the current problems of the rule by law education, strengthen the rule by law education are the inevitable requirement of the country to build a socialist country ruled by law.In the introduction part, this paper summarizes the current research results of the rule by law education for the middle school students and the author puts forward his own ideas. In the main body part, the author carries on the elaboration through three parts. The first section of the first part analyzes the meaning of the rule by law and makes comparison between the rule by law education with legal education, law education. The second section analyzes the necessity of strengthening the rule by law education for middle school students to illustrate the importance of this research; the problems and reasons existing in the current legal education for the middle school students are analyzed the second part, to fully understand the status of the rule by law education for middle school students and find the crux of the problem; the last part is to talk about the countermeasures to strengthen the rule by law education for middle school students.
