Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,the status of rule of law education is becoming more and more important.Junior high school students are the successors and builders of the future socialist cause.Strengthening the rule of law education for junior high school students can reduce juvenile delinquency and promote the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.The moral and the rule of law in junior middle school is the main task of the junior high school students' rule of law education.Through the study of the content of the rule of law in morality and the rule of law,it can help the junior middle school students understand the basic legal knowledge,strengthen the consciousness of the rule of law of junior high school students,and have the ability to safeguard their own rights and interests and participate in the social life according to law.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the rule of law education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle schools.At the present stage,the rule of law education of junior high school students has been given a certain value,the renewal of the teaching materials for the rule of law,the rich content of the rule of law,and a certain achievement in the rule of law education of junior high school students.However,in the actual teaching process,there are still many problems to be solved in the rule of law teaching of morality and rule of law.Through the investigation,it is found that under the influence of examination oriented education,there are still some problems in the rule of law education of junior high school students,such as the neglect of the students' consciousness of rule of law,the cultivation of the practice ability of the rule of law,and the empty content of the actual teaching content of the rule of law education for junior high school students.Meanwhile,due to the lack of rule of law literacy of some teachers,there is also a problem of single rule of law teaching.All these seriously affect the effect of rule of law education for junior middle school students.In view of these problems,the author believes that the rule of law teachers in junior middleschool should clarify the objective of the rule of law education,broaden the way of rule of law education,enrich the content of the rule of law education,at the same time,we should constantly strengthen the rule of law knowledge learning and improve the quality of the rule of law.Only in this way,can we effectively promote the rule of law education in junior high schools,enable junior middle school students to establish awareness of rule of law and strengthen the rule of law practice ability.
