Research On The Legal Education Of College Students Under The Background Of The Rule Of Law

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a comprehensive strategy to promote the rule of law. In order to promote the rule of law, social law environment should be improved continuously, the powers should be restricted by law, and the civil rights should be confirmed and maintained by law. Let the spirit of the rule of law and the belief in the supremacy of law become the universal belief of the Chinese citizens through comprehensively promote the rule of law means expand the spirit of law in the whole society, promote the idea of law, develop the rule of law theory, use the rule of law thinking, innovate the way of rule of law. The special group of college students is the backbone of the future society construction, and will have a far-reaching impact on the course of rule of law in our country. The college students has the characteristics of strong plasticity and educability, which decided its citizens will be the key of the rule of law education, and college students will bore the burden of first to rule the people by law.In this paper, the author combed the 20 years of College Students' legal education history, using historical analysis method, survey method and other research methods to tease out the characteristics of current college students of legal education, clear legal education for college students to cultivate the students legal consciousness and the spirit of the rule of law as the concept of positioning. Based on the rule of law, education of university students includes the social value of theory, and through analysis of influence mechanism of the social legal environment of rule of law education of college students in order to bring the point of the primary and secondary contradictions in the philosophy to analyze the relation between effect of family, social life and legal education of the three political education of University students and their study method, the rule of law education of our college students to discuss the legal education of college students in our country, and the actual effect of education is barely satisfactory, although the legal education has been more than 20 years. Further summarizes the outstanding problems existing in the current law education of university students are lack of the rule of law education of university students. In order to comprehensively promote the strategy of governing the country according to law, and constantly improve the social legal environment as the background, from the optimization of the college students' legal education environment, abandon utilitarian educational thought, accurately grasp the concept orientation of the rule of law education for college students, proposed perfect rule of law education for college students. Hope to help the college students now and in future.
