In recent years, under the pressure of the global economic crisis, China is in a critical period of economic restructuring. The speed of economic development is gradually slowing, the employment problem of college graduates has attracted widespread concern in the society. Since 2013, the number of university graduates is in massive growth. According to the survey, the number of the job which is in demand in the labor market have been shrinking. With the oversupply of college students, the difficult employment problem of college students has become a serious social problem. The employment problem of female college students who have no gender advantages has become more difficult. In recent years, the bitter experience of female college students is reported frequently in the Internet and media. The topic of female graduate employment gradually become a public topic which is concerned widely.Recently, academia has a lot of quantitative research on the status of the difficulty of female students’ employment. The perspective of study is more, and the level involved is wide. But they are basically in the empirical analysis level or literature. They study the outside differences of men and women employment through data investigating. The mainstream discourse primarily focus on the discrimination situation of the female college students’employment. From the perspective of female college student party, the researches which listen to the voices of female college students’ heart and dig the female college students’ own experience and reflection on the employment of gender issues are few. The current research is lack of understanding on how these female college students View and treat their employment, and lack of an in-depth analysis on their concept of employment. Why do the Female students choose this career? Which setbacks did they encounter in the process of to apply for a job? With frustration, what do they think and what to do? Why do the female college students choose traditional gender stereotypes of career consciously after graduation? In order to make up for the inadequacy of the current female college students employment research, also in order to further promote gender equality in employment. This paper deeply analyze the employment of female college students’experience and story with the form of narrative research, find the deep reasons of female employment difficulty by combining the theory of social gender, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This research focuses on the experience and story of 8 female college students, experience their individual job experience by adopting the method of qualitative research, and feel the practical reasons of these female university students’ employment difficult. I found the individual causes of difficult employment of female college students is that female college students of employment own subject consciousness, consciously avoid "masculine" work, as well as traditional gender concepts and the ubiquity of sex in the labor market exclusion is the reason of the employment difficulty of female college students. In order to solve the employment problem of female college students, combining advanced research results, combined with the narrative of female college students’employment experience, proposes four measures:Reconstructing the gender culture and returning to the gender equality; reflecting the school education and paying more attention to the women education; clear the family responsibility and abandoning the gender differences; regulating the labor market and strengthening the consciousness of social responsibility; Correcting their attitude and following the heart. The author called for female college students, school, family and community to work together,in order to provide a healthier employment situation of female college students and provide more possibilities for social development.
