Strategy Of Application Study Of Electronic Map In Geography Teaching In Junior Middle School

The map is an important carrier of geographical knowledge and information, which plays an irreplaceable role in geography teaching in middle school. With the rapid development of science and technology, electronic map has become a combination of modern information technology and map theory, which provides a modern tool for the teaching of geography. Electronic map solves the limitations of the traditional paper map, with unparalleled advantages. The combination of electronic map and geography curriculum conforms to the goal of the reform of basic education in our country. Through the use of the multiple functions and display method of electronic map in class can promote the comprehensive development of students, and Improve geography teaching.This article mainly aims at the limitation of the traditional map application in geography teaching, through the application of electronic map in junior high school geography classroom teaching, design application content, principles and strategies. As follows:First of all, the concept of electronic map is defined, and the type of electronic map in geography teaching is defined, and the theoretical basis of the electronic map aided junior high school geography teaching is discussed. Secondly through the analysis of the teaching materials, the type of the teaching material, the identification of the unit and course of the electronic map, the purpose is to select the appropriate electronic map to carry out teaching practice according to the contents of different teaching materials. Then investigate the current situation of the application of electronic map, analyze and summarize the results of questionnaire and interview, and find out the current problems. Finally, after discussing the application principles and Application Strategies of electronic map in junior middle school geography teaching, the electronic map is applied to the teaching practice of junior high school geography teaching, and the process and results of the practice are reflected.Based on the theoretical analysis and practical investigation, this paper applies the electronic map in geography teaching in junior high school. In view of how to make electronic map in geography teaching in junior high school to be more fully and reasonable application, this paper discusses the principle of strategy of application. The aim is to improve the students’interest and the efficiency of the classroom, and thus enhance the teachers’information literacy, enhance the students’reading ability, and to improve geography teaching to provide reference.
