Along with our country economy and the rapid development of science and technology, today’s society for talents cultivation specifications also put forward higher and more requirements. But in the exam-oriented education and the army of the collective teaching form under the long-term impact of China’s education in the “Attaches great importance to the score,Ability to despise”, “one size fits all”bad phenomenon, has the serious influence to the diversified development of talent. Accordingly, scholars in our country since the 1990 s, raised a hot wave of “differences in teaching”teaching research.Since each student genetic quality, education environment, family conditions and different life experiences, caused the student’s personality, interests, intelligence, learning needs, as well as differences. Differences between teaching requirements with the students for this, based on the differences between students, meet every student’s learning and development needs in the future.Junior high school is compulsory education and the warp of high school education, junior middle school period is the students to develop good study habits, learning attitude, the best period, at this time the students psychological development also belongs to the transition of sensitive, so this article wants to face all student, starting from the students individual differences, respect students individual difference, difference analysis of the application of the teaching in junior high school geography teaching strategies, inspire students’ study interest in geography subject, make every student can get better on the basis of the original level of development. The author’s own junior middle school geography education internship experience, learn from junior high school geography teaching and the students geography situation, on how to implement difference teaching in junior middle school geography teaching is studied, the content of this article is divided into six parts.The first chapter, introduced the thesis research background, research purpose, research significance, difference teaching in junior middle school geography teaching is the necessary means to carry out the education fairness, is the inevitable social development, but also conforms to the concept of new curriculum reform, fully embodies the new curriculum standard of the new requirements in teaching, teachers and students.The second chapter, the author collected the relevant literature, dig out the topics of the theoretical basis, including marxism about person’s full scale development theory, theory of multiple intelligence, the "mastery learning" theory and constructivist learning theory. In this chapter the author also research status at home and abroad are classified statement on the topic, defines the concept of difference teaching and analyzes the differences between teaching and students according to their aptitude, layered teaching, individualized teaching, the relationship between theoretical prepare for later study.The third chapter, to understand the student what are the differences in geographic study, the author designed a questionnaire, students after the analysis of the questionnaire results: students in geography learning differences embodied in the "learning habit", "learning attitude", "learning", "interest in learning" four aspects; To grasp the difference teaching in junior middle school geography teaching the present situation of the application, the author from the perspective of teacher teacher questionnaire was designed and made a basic frequency the questionnaire data analysis, specific analysis and variance analysis, the results: the difference between the application of teaching in the junior middle school geography teaching present situation is not optimistic.The fourth chapter, with the aid of the results of the questionnaire analysis, individual interviews, the author summarizes the differences in teaching junior high school geography teaching problems existing in the application process, including teachers of new teaching theory and the students individual differences focus enough difference teaching, teachers encountered numerous obstacles two big problems. Then analyses the causes of the problem.The fifth chapter, the author aimed at the analysis of the above several chapters, from junior high school geography teachers, students and society three aspects put forward the strategy of difference teaching in junior high school geography teaching, makes every effort to make the difference teaching from the theory, idea into practice.The sixth chapter, gives the application case in the difference teaching in junior high school geography teaching, and make a brief analysis on cases, apply real difference teaching to junior high school geography teaching.
