Study On "Social Worker+ Medical Care Volunteer+ Psychological Counselor" Jointly Participate In Fight Against Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

At the end of 2019,the Covid-19 epidemic spread rapidly all over the world,which brought great challenges to China’s social governance and economic construction.The tense situation of the epidemic and the objective situation of closing the city also caused inconvenience to residents’ lives and tremendous psychological pressure.The bad emotions such as panic and anxiety made the epidemic atmosphere worse.At the end of 2020,the spread of a new round of epidemic made the society realize that fighting against pneumonia is no longer a phased task,but a difficult problem for mankind to overcome for a long time,and fighting against Covid-19 epidemic has entered a normal state.Against this background,during the period when the people of the whole country jointly fought against the Covid-19 epidemic,the government and the community showed deficiencies and defects in governance capacity,and some more important social forces gradually emerged,including social work organizations,volunteer organizations,community social organizations,such specialized and organized forces,as well as spontaneously formed motorcades,volunteer service teams and other forces,which participated in the supply of community epidemic prevention,material raising,support for vulnerable groups,media docking and other services to a large extent.In order to cope with such a social situation with great demand for services,many social work organizations abandoned the defect of single service effect of social work,and integrated the efforts of social workers,medical volunteers and psychological counselors to carry out anti-epidemic activities based on the service model of "social workers+medical volunteers+psychological counselors" for the purpose of meeting the service requirements of residents with different needs during the epidemic,and achieved good results.The purpose of this study is to explore the value and utility of this model’s voluntary service activities during the epidemic period from the specific application,process and effectiveness,problems and challenges in operation,and future development direction,and put forward perfect opinions and suggestions to make this service model more perfect,and provide reference for other service activities to adopt this model in the future,so that this model can be used in the future volunteer service workThis paper will be divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,which is a brief introduction to the purpose,significance,content,method and theoretical basis of the whole research,and will also sort out the relevant experience of domestic and foreign scholars as the basis of the article;In the second part,the specific general situation of the research topic of this paper will be stated,including the origin of the research model,all links of the whole development process and the final results;The third part is based on the second part to analyze the problems existing in the model and the obstacles encountered in the specific implementation process;The fourth part will think about the development of the model,mainly put forward perfect opinions on its existing problems and look forward to its future development opportunities;Finally,the whole research will be simply summarized and the whole research process will be reconsidered.
