Class is the school’s composition of cells, is the school education and teaching the implementation of the main cultural carrier, it is a direct impact on the quality of students’ learning and quality of life groups. The core of the class is the class culture. Class culture education can touch the soul of the students, not only can make the students’learning and life quality improvement, but also can promote the healthy development of students’ personality. The status and function of class culture make it become the most important part of school culture construction. The construction of class culture has become a hot topic in the research of contemporary education.In the new curriculum reform and under the background of multiple culture, with the characteristics of the times and unique ideas of students, exam oriented education under the background of the construction of class culture of today’s students at a loss. Traditional "teaching", "nanny" or "police" education mode, the teacher is very tired, the students and teachers confrontation, resulting in inefficient or ineffective education effect. The construction of class culture in high school has received extensive attention from the education circle. Good class culture atmosphere, can enhance students’ self-management ability, shape the students’ healthy personality, improve students’ self quality. The education function of class culture can be fully reflected, and it also has the function of guidance and restriction to the class management.High school students are at an important stage of life, according to the general rules of their growth and development, teachers should actively guide the formation of excellent class culture atmosphere, to meet their needs. And on the other on different research, the study to the author taught in class 16, for example, participation in the long term, using literature method, interview method and observation method. In representation of the spiritual and cultural construction material construction and cultural development of heavy, light execution, spiritual and cultural construction goals are not clear, the lack of collective activity promotion, then put forward to improve the class culture construction countermeasures, improve the management efficiency.
