With the development of information technology in education process, teachers’ teaching ability of information technology has become an important factor influencing teaching quality of education. With the promulgation 2012 "Long-term Education Reform Outline planning" and 2014 "Teacher Information Technology Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Schools" and implementation of educational attainment of professional competence put forward higher requirements. Then, Based on the Angle of urban junior high school teachers’ information technology teaching ability, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on research methods in YinChuan of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region X junior high school teachers delve into information-based teaching ability and its related content. Discusses the existing problems, and city junior high school teachers teaching ability put forward feasible Suggestions.Part Ⅰ:Introduction-Elaborated the paper research background, significance, research ideas, research methods and related research progress both at home and abroad, and the relevant concepts are defined.Part Ⅱ:Research on YinChuan X junior high school teachers’ information teaching ability and related information to investigate and survey data summary analysis, the school teachers teaching ability is relatively weak information.Part Ⅲ:Teachers’ information teaching ability solving skills attribution analysis-based on the information X middle school teachers’teaching ability weak situation, dig the fundamental problem of their existence, including Teachers’shallow understanding of information technology teaching philosophy, also found that the school teaching information technology infrastructure, lack of effective supervision and maintenance of information technology teachers teaching ability training management system is imperfect and other factors.Part IⅣ:Teachers’information teaching ability Promotion Strategy-the attribution of the problem based on the analysis, the national government proposed to increase the information technology, teacher training, capital investment, to strengthen the campus information technology in teaching software combines X Region hardware, information technology teaching resources to improve, as well as proposals to establish appropriate incentives aspect.
