In recent years,with the rapid development of society,big data,AI and other technologies have affected people's life,and the social information has been deepening.Social information needs educational information,and educational information should be the premise of the Social information.So it puts forward new requirements for teachers.This study took 10 middle schools in X county as examples hoping to investigation on the current situation of township junior middle school teacher's information teaching ability,and proposed strategy to improve their ability.The investigation and study on the basis of the theory of literature research as the research,by the method of questionnaire investigation and interview as the main method of research,from the angle of subjective and objective to understand the present situation,and record the teacher's requirements and suggestions,use statistical analysis method to analyze the data.This research first introduces the research background and significance,research methods and research status,etc.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis are sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.Then carry out the questionnaire and the investigation.Analyze the collected survey results of data analysis.Through this investigation,it is found that the current situation of township junior middle school teacher's information teaching ability is not high.The teacher lacks relevant information teaching theory knowledge and practice.And the software proficiency is not high,especially the subject tool software and audio view software.Teachers have a single means to apply information technology in organization,management and evaluation.In a word,teacher's information teaching ability needs to be improved.So on the basis of research and analysis,this paper proposes targeted strategies from four aspects: teacher,school,government,and training.
