In the information age,information technology is not in effect every hour and moment of social development and people's daily life.A teacher's teaching ability is closely concerned with his or her information-based teaching ability,so we must attach great importance to it.The improvement of information technology teaching ability of junior middle school teachers is helpful for teachers to improve their teaching ability,renew teaching concepts and enrich teaching methods so as to achieve better teaching effects.Although the information technology teaching ability of junior middle and explore ways and means to improve their informational teaching ability,which has certain promoting and practical significance for the whole research.The first part:introduction.In this part,the thesis refers to several key terms occurred in the research and explains the background,significance,methods,and fruits both at home and abroad of the research.The second part:the current situation research,one by one carries on the investigation to the three junior middle school teachers in Shizuishan City,the information teaching ability and the related data,and carries on the collection and analysis to the investigation and statistics.The third part:the attribution of teachers information teaching ability of problem analysis according to three junior middle schools according to the present situation of the weak teachers information teaching ability,excavate the fundamental problems,including the fact that teachers do not know the deep concept,the lack of school information-based teaching infrastructure and effective supervision and maintenance,training management system of digital teaching resources and the lack of teachers and teaching ability of information technology is not perfect and other factors.The fourth part:to improve teachers' teaching ability of information technology strategy in the attribution analysis of questions based on the combination of the three,junior high school area to improve campus teaching environment,teaching resources construction,strengthen the school-based training.And the corresponding suggestions of establishing the incentive mechanism aspect.
