On September 4,2014, the State Council issued the "State Council’s opinions on deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system" (referred to as the "opinions" in this thesis). Which talked China will start the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in 2014, and proposed the Shanghai city and Zhejiang Province as pilot areas, the two pilot areas began to implement a new college entrance examination system for the students who were entered high school in the fall of 2014. September 9,2014, Zhejiang Province issued the "Pilot area plan about deepening the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination system in Zhejiang Province" (referred to as the "Zhejiang program" in this thesis). September 18,2014, Shanghai issued the "Implementation plan on deepening the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination system in Shanghai" (referred to as the "Shanghai plan" in this thesis), marking the prelude to the reform of the college entrance examination of the two places. Through literature review, questionnaire survey and interview method, this thesis mainly studied the specific measures of this reform in Zhejiang and Shanghai, the effects of this reform on schools, teachers and students, the problems encountered in the implementation process of this reform, and the coping strategies of these problems. The first part of this paper discusses the research background, purpose and significance, research methods, and related research at home and abroad. The second part discusses the relevant knowledge of education evaluation. The third part discusses the college entrance examination system of physics in pilot areas, the implementation of the Optional mode is the most prominent place in the college entrance examination system of physics of the two places, students can decide whether to enter the college entrance examination of physics or not according to the characteristics of himself. For the students who elective physics, his final achievement for the physics of the college entrance exam is no longer his volume scores, but the roll performance ranking according to the grade division. The fourth part and the fifth part discussed the effect of the reform measures of the two places, and the problems and coping strategies of the schools, teachers and students. Due to the implementation of Optional mode, high schools generally choose to take the Class-Selection System in order to meet the need of students’ divers choice. In order to allow students to have more review time for the exam, the school teaching progress is generally accelerated. The implementation of Class-Selection System made high schools facing problems of short of classrooms and complicated course arrangement; the mobility of students reduced the access chance of the teacher with their own class students, and brought inconvenience to the management; the diversity of students’ choice also makes allocation problems of school teachers, and even resulted the embarrassing situation of some teachers have no students to teach, some students no teacher to teach; students get more options, but at the same time, they have to face the problems of that they cannot choose their elective subjects really according to their own interests, and their increased burden of learning. In the light of these problems, I suggest that the schools take the Class-Selection System in some subjects according to their own characteristics, and make full use of the resources of the school laboratory for the Class-Selection System, and assign the students who elective same subjects into the same class as much as possible, and let regional teachers dynamically flow to solve the series of problems caused by Optional mode and Class-Selection System; the school should provide career planning courses to students, to help them make better use of their right to make a choose; students should make full use of the summer vacation time after the third year of junior middle school to prepare high school content, pay attention to the learning method to deal with learning burden. The sixth part is the summary of the research results.
