In the perspective of globalization, as a welfare of imported goods, the emergence and development of social work in China has a driving external force to push forward, but the development of China’s social work is facing a series of difficulties, If we want to make use of social work to serve the vulnerable groups in our country, while focus on globalization we also have to do localization, academic scholars and practitioners have also been has been in the game for the view of "globalization" and "localization", in the perspective of two agitation, a lot of academic and practical social workers also swing in the two angle of view, and this kind of swing will also cause the imbalance to some extent, in the early stages of social work is not booming, such imbalances in education and social work practice in the future will have side effects, and glocalization as a new perspective, the interaction between Chinese and foreign practices to make more visionary and forward-looking analysis of social work practice I will take children with disabilities as an example, especially the comparative study of social protection of physically disabled children,Children with disabilities is the plight of children in the more special category is mainly due to its lack of limbs or senses, so the outside perception and learning ability is very limited, which has its special psychological and physiological characteristics, is compared to other types of the plight of children, It may be more sensitive and lonely. Localization global perspective studies of children with disabilities to social protection, in-depth understanding of domestic practice service models, analyze the differences and similarities, and found itself in the field of foreign advantages and disadvantages, sum up experience, a global perspective of the region under the new practice Paradigm, the use of the new paradigm of social work to provide services for children with disabilities not only help children with disabilities to enhance their ability to overcome the psychological barriers to self-care and more conducive to further explore the localization and professional social work practice methods for the promotion of disability social work, especially physically disabled children in social work has a certain practical and theoretical significance.
