The Reserch An Status-Quo And Measures Of Community Adult Education Studies

Under the current international situation,the community education development of all countries is getting better and better,for the past few years,our country make great efforts to build a learning society and construct lifelong education system actively.In the above case, gradually,community education becomes more and more value for the society and the country.people are becoming more and more willing to theory construction and practice to explore about community education.In the paper,the object of community adult education is the community adult residents, the kind of education prefers to community education, this is a kind of urban residents education subsystem, this kind of education is mainly to improve the quality of the community residents and their quality of life, thus to build development community.But according to the survey, the current community adult education still exists some problems, these problems hinders the development of community education.In order to understand the problems further, analysis what are the specific reasons for the further development of community education, and then puts forward the corresponding solution strategy.This article selects the Yue Wang Road community as a case,Yue Wang Road is in the capital city of a relatively developed city, belongs to the typical urban community.Through questionnaire, interview investigation and field survey,the author understand the community community adult education situation deeply.Aimed at some problems existing in the current Yue Wang Road community,the author combines the various background condition,analyze these problems actually, find the reasons of the existence of these problems, and put forward corresponding strategies to promote the development.This article consists of four parts:the first part mainly defines three concepts,these concepts are the community, community education and community adult education, in addition,introduces two theories used in this paper;the second part presents the present situation investigation of Yue Wang Road community adult education, including questionnaire design and the statistics of the questionnaire survey result, summarizes the current situation and existing problems of Yue Wang Road community;the third part is based on the above problems, combining with the status quo of Yue Wang Road, the author analyses the problems existing in the internal and external cause, according to the analysis of internal cause and external cause, the author analyses the reasons for the specific problems;the fourth part is according to the third part, the author combined with the characteristics of community adult education, and then puts forward the corresponding solution strategy.
