With the development of the community in the world and the rise of the Chinese community construction, the community education gradually comes into the community residents'horizon and the community education issues also becomes the hot spot both in the theory and the practice area of the community construction in our country. In recent years, Ministry of Education has regard vigorously developed community education as a important work to create a learning society and the construction of life-long education system ,and gave a high degree of attention .In the same time actively encourage and promote the development of the community education. But, according to the survey, the current community education still exists some problems obstructing the good development of the community education.In order to further found the problems and explore the reasons of hampering to development of the community education, and puts forward relevant solutions. This thesis mainly takes area C as a case, through the questionnaire and on-the-spot check to the area C to have a depth understanding. In view of the current community education area C ,existing problems and disadvantage ,having a depth reason analysis .Then put forward some related countermeasures to promote the development of C community education ,providing a bit power to the C development.This paper has four parts: The first part states community and community education's concept and introduce the current community education theories and implementation status in both the domestic and abroad; The second part analyzes the problems and shortages in the education of the community C according to the records from the questionnaire survey and the suggestion given by the residents in community C; The third part analyzes the depth reasons of the community education; The fourth part gives the countermeasures related to the reasons according to the analyzes and the characteristic of community C.
