The educational activity of adult ceremony on 18-year-old students is an educational project of national quality according to the body and mind character of the hobbledehoy of 14-18-year-old. Meanwhile, with the environmental change of ideological and moral education, the hobbledehoy education is faced with new challenges, therefore, it is theoretically and practically significant to deeply study on educational activity of 18-year-old adult ceremony.The paper holds the guide of Marxism, the integration of theoretic research and practical research, and the integration of macroscopical research and microcosmic research. The paper adopts documentary method, Survey method, talk method and investigation method.Through study on relational literatures the paper finds out the origin of 18-year-old adult educational ceremony and the situation of foreign adult ceremony, and initially summarizes the experience of 18-year-old adult ceremony in China. Through the experiential summarization and abstract of experience, the experience we learn from the education activity of adult ceremony on 18-year-old students, form a principle accordingly. by means of surveys and interviews this paper receives much first hand detailed material and provides foundations to solve the existing practical problems in the activities.Through this research it is found that many schools have problems in the course of educational activities of 18-year-old adult ceremony, such as unclear purpose. Some content structures are scientific but they are poor in early activity. And most of the activities are in old way and lack of innovation. Some activities are preliminarily effective, but they still need to be improved. These problems are caused by society, schools and teachers, and the countermeasures to solve these problems are: to get the support from society, to improve the management of school and to improve educational methods of teachers.
