Objective:To understand project counties 0-17 left behind children crowd early integrated development, including "early nurturing and development" for the target population, "education rights and equal right to participate", "protection of children/ campus security", "water and sanitation, and reducing disaster" five areas related to the basic situation, and to explore the analysis of each of these areas are facing major challenges and difficulties. To understand the basic situation of the children left behind in the 5 fields, and discuss the main challenges and difficulties faced by the project, and put forward the suggestion based on the evidence for the next project. Which in the early rearing and development", mainly with non left behind children in the comparison process in found groups of left behind children in project counties of caregivers in child rearing and development of attitude and behavior of cognitive differences in the level, so as to find out the potential problems and challenges. In "the right to education and equal participation", mainly through the comparison with the non left behind children, so as to explore whether there is a difference between the two groups in the equal participation right and the right to education. In the aspect of "child protection/campus security", it is mainly about the security situation of the left behind children in the family and school, so as to put forward constructive suggestions. In the "water and environmental hygiene", the main understanding of the left behind children in the field of environmental awareness in the field, so as to the problems in this regard, put forward relevant suggestions. In the "reduction and disaster prevention", the main understanding of the left behind children in response to natural disasters, the common sense knowledge is available, so as to find the problem in which a reasonable proposal.Methords:This study used a stratified sampling method, mainly according to the project of the county economic level classification, project county township level of GDP divided into good and poor three grades, again from each level to randomly selected three administrative villages, and select the project in the village of primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and school-age children’s parents were investigated and (or) interview. Then, according to the situation of the respondents will be divided into left behind children group that is the observation group and the non left behind children group, namely the control group, so as to compare the differences between the two groups of children in the survey content. This research adopts qualitative and quantitative research methods, but focuses on quantitative research, supplemented by qualitative research. In the quantitative study, the questionnaire results were analyzed and studied, namely, the 0-6 years old group and 7-17 years old group with the help of two kinds of people.0-6 year old questionnaire survey includes four aspects, namely, "early nurturing and development", "child protection/campus security", "equal participation right and the right to receive education", "reduction of disaster prevention".7-17 years old group of the questionnaire content includes five aspects, namely "early nurturing and development", "education the right to equality and the right to participate", "protection of children/campus security", "water, environment and sanitation" and "disaster prevention and reduction. In qualitative research, mainly in the form of semi-structured interviews of caregivers, students and their parents, teachers, and other groups interviews, so it can be used as a quantitative study. In the stage of data analysis, descriptive statistics and chi square test are used to describe the data.Results:The survey questionnaires were issued 1320 questionnaires,1279 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate was 96.4%. In the issuance of 1320 questionnaires,0-6 years old children 170 people,1-3 grade 230 children,420 children, children, a total of 500 junior high school students. In the final recovery of 1279 valid questionnaires, including children aged 0-6 155,1-3 grade 218 children, 4-6 Grade 412 children, a total of 494 junior high school students. In the survey of 1279 children (0-17 years old),682 males and 597 females. In the early rearing and development of children in the 0-6 group, the overall situation is better than the left-behind children compulsory education group of left-behind children in compulsory education, the group of left-behind children in junior high school group surveyed left-behind children’s worst performance; in child protection/campus security, left-behind children 0-17 years old group, with left-behind children age (or grade) growth of left-behind children in this aspect performance decreased gradually, and the age group of 0-6 optimal, junior high school group is the worst; in the equal right of participation and the right to education,0-6 years old respondents left-behind children group in the whole level is better than the stage of compulsory education of respondents left-behind children however, the overall level of left-behind children aged 0-17 in this area is still at a low level, in the worst case of junior high school students; in the water and the environment, surveyed the stage of compulsory education of the whole group of Left-behind Children Body water on average is low, needs to be improved; in the reduction of disaster prevention, the overall level of students and parents to visit the overall level is still in a relatively low level, the basic knowledge of the reduction of disaster prevention and control of serious deficiencies.Conclusion:The conclusions of this research are as follows:(1) early upbringing and developmentFrom the comparison and performance of the left behind and non left behind children in early upbringing and development, the overall trend of the group of left behind children and the group of non left behind children in 0-6 years old is better. The group of left behind children in 7-17 years of age showed a downward trend with the increase of the grade, the overall situation of junior middle school students were poor.(2) child protection/campus safetyFrom the left and non left behind children in all aspects of child protection/campus safety compared with performance,0-6 years old left behind and non left behind children’s parents are more concerned about the protection of children, the overall trend is better, but some parents refiect m the nome or scnooi exist minor boay punishment phenomenon, and relatively more at home in the corporal punishment. In 7-17 years surveyed the crowd, the processing method in the face of violence, primary school left behind students coping style is weak; primary school left behind student and between students, and between the teacher and the atmosphere is bad, there are certain campus security risks; junior middle school students overall above Pro more serious physical violence, emotional violence, neglect and sexual violence.(3) the right to equal participation and the right to receive educationFrom behind and non left behind children in the equal right to participation and all aspects of the right to education compared with performance,0-6 years old left behind children and non left behind children’s parents were in general, although pay attention to children in the interactive participation and education, but overall level is not high. In 7-17 years old children’s group, there are still some misunderstanding of the left behind children, but left behind children have gradually become aware of this, and this discrimination has an urgent desire to change. In addition, the junior high school students in the overall level of gender discrimination is more serious.(4) in terms of water and environmentCompared with the performance of water and environment from the left behind children and non left behind children, the children’s acceptance of the left behind children is higher than that of the non left behind children. But in terms of the health conditions of the rural schools in the toilet, are in a poor level. And the children’s response to the school’s response to the school and the environment related to the various types of facilities, there are still some lack of situation. The junior high school students in the attitude of environmental health and behavior are in a poor level, need to upgrade.(5) reduction of disaster preventionFrom the left and non left behind children in disaster prevention and reduction of the comparison and performance point of view,0-6 years old by the visiting group for caregivers, in disaster prevention and reduction basic knowledge level are lacking. 7-17 year old children, although with the grade of children in this area of mastery is also gradually increased, but the master of the left behind children in various stages is still always lower than the situation of non left behind children.
