Tourism and trade between China and Thailand have been increasingly growing over the past few decades,encouraging schools to open more Chinese classes.At the same time,many Chinese teachers are required,recruiting both Thai teachers and Chinese volunteer teachersCenter for Language Education and Cooperation.But most of them still lack teaching experience,unable to adapt to Thailand’s special school system and classroom status in time,resulting in some problems in classroom management.Therefore,there is a need to conduct research on classroom management through the retrieval and review of the existing literature related classroom management,author found that although some scholars have raised relevant questions,the author has been teaching a Chinese class for several years and believes that the theory of Chinese classroom management in Thailand has not yet formed completely.The study aimed at classroom management issues,through the methods of personal practice and questionnaire”,by observing the classroom management of new Thai teachers & volunteer teachers in vocational schools,records the problems,conducts research,and concludes the conclude root cause of problems.From the results that both new Thai teachers & Volunteer teachers have similar problems during their teaching at classrooms such as classroom environment & classroom atmosphere control,classroom rules,etc.,As the result of the above data analysis,combined with the author’s own teaching experience will show you on how to control & improve Chinese language classroom management by questionnaire and graph,hoping that this research will be useful to new Thai teacher and Volunteer teacher in Thailand to solve the problems in classroom management and achieve results perfectively.
