According to the needs of Chinese teaching development in Thailand,a large number of volunteers of Chinese teachers are sent to Thailand every year to do volunteer work.Most of the Chinese teacher volunteers are teaching in a foreign country for the first time,they don't have too much teaching experience.What's more,they are not familiar with the Thai education system.Sometimes,they may encounter various problems in teaching program,especially in classroom management.Affected by factors such as teachers,students,and the environment,the problem of Chinese classroom management in Thai middle schools is frequent.Many volunteers think that they are unqualified for the job.Classroom management has become the most serious challange for Chinese teacher volunteers.In order to help Chinese teachers in Thailand to prevent and timely solve the classroom management problems of Thai middle school students,relevant researches are carried out.Through literature study,case analysis and teaching experience in Khoksiwittayasan middle school,the author divides classroom management into classroom environmental management,class discipline management and classroom activity management.Through the introduction and analysis of the current situation of Chinese classroom management in Thai middle schols and basic situation of Chinese teaching in Khoksiwittayasan middle school,some typical cases in the Chinese classroom management of Thai middle schools are presented and analyzed.It is found that classroom discipline problems are the most prominent in classroom management problems.The author explores the causes of classroom management problems from four aspects: teachers,students,Chinese and Thai educational background differences and schools.Finally,based on some successful cases and effective classroom management experience learned from the interviews,three coping strategies were proposed,they are preventive strategy,mild intervention strategy and moderate intervention strategy,and give some relevant suggestions from the view of teachers and schools.
